Secure access to all teaching material for teachers and students – automatically anytime, anywhere:
That's XMOOD!
Current lesson content, homework, materials, projects, supply schedules or timetables – even graphical representations
of modern whiteboards:
With XMOOD, everything is automatically available to
students and teachers via the Internet.
The school-specific structures (users and relevant files) that are stored on one of the school’s servers in any level of detail form the relevant basis. XMOOD analyses these structures independently and transfers them to a portal server. Registered users can access the portal server via a standard browser.
The portal server for the Internet can be installed in the school, at the local education authority or at an Internet provider. XMOOD is implemented on the basis of a modular plug-in concept and can therefore be flexibly adapted to different systems. Data is generally synchronised asynchronously, and thus enables a school-specific Internet portal to operate on the basis of the existing infrastructure.
All files (users, data, material) are automatically synchronised between the school and the Internet portal. If any changes are made to the files or the structures in the school network or to the files in the Internet portal, the relevant data is synchronised automatically. This guarantees that the files in the school and on the Internet are always up to date. Special analysis tools protect the portal and school network from viruses and unwanted files.
The files stored in the school are automatically synchronised with the Internet portal. They can be called up, edited and, in the same way as for other materials, uploaded to the portal via a browser – anytime, anywhere. These files are available in the school network, thanks to the synchronisation process.
XMOOD can be tailored specifically to the particular requirements of a given school – with just a few parameters, the existing automatisms for individual synchronisation settings can be modified for file selection purposes or for specific synchronisation times. XMOOD enables data to be synchronised between a large number of freely selectable source and target directories – as well as the integration of learning platforms.
